Terms of Service (ToS) - idiacloud.xyz

1.1 By using idiacloud.xyz services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all other policies published by idiacloud.xyz.

1.2 Services provided are governed under Bahraini law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Bahraini courts.

1.3 idiacloud.xyz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email, billing panel, or the website.

1.4 By continuing to use the services after changes to the Terms, you accept the modified Terms.

2.1 Users are responsible for the security of all account credentials, VPS data, API keys, and payment methods.

2.2 Unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Users must provide accurate and current information in their accounts. Misrepresentation may result in account termination.

2.4 Accounts may be suspended or terminated if found responsible for abuse, illegal activities, or violating these Terms.

3.1 Users shall not engage in network abuse, illegal activity, hacking, spamming, or any activity that threatens service integrity.

3.2 Users must not exceed allocated storage limits. Storage usage should not exceed 75% of assigned capacity.

3.3 CPU and RAM usage is unrestricted unless it negatively affects other users' services or overall network stability.

3.4 Users must not defame, harass, or otherwise harm the reputation of idiacloud.xyz, its staff, or services.

3.5 Any use of idiacloud.xyz services to distribute malicious software, phishing attempts, or unauthorized access attempts is prohibited.

4.1 idiacloud.xyz aims to maintain high service uptime, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

4.2 idiacloud.xyz provides a 96.96% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for VPS services.

4.3 Downtime resulting from maintenance, security issues, or force majeure events may not qualify for SLA credits.

4.4 idiacloud.xyz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to service interruptions or data loss.

5.1 All service payments are non-refundable.

5.2 idiacloud.xyz may issue service credits at its discretion, which can be applied toward future services.

5.3 Users remain responsible for any fees incurred by their accounts, including subscriptions, add-ons, or renewals.

6.1 Users are responsible for the security of their VPS and any software installed.

6.2 idiacloud.xyz employs industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect stored data.

6.3 Users must immediately report security incidents, unauthorized access, or vulnerabilities to idiacloud.xyz. Responsible reporting of a vulnerability may result in a reward of up to $55 in service credit, depending on the difficulty or impact of the issue.

6.4 idiacloud.xyz will comply with Bahraini law regarding lawful requests for user data.

7.1 All idiacloud.xyz branding, logos, content, and software are the property of idiacloud.xyz.

7.2 Users may not copy, distribute, or publicly display idiacloud.xyz intellectual property without written consent.

8.1 Accounts violating these Terms or Discord server rules may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

8.2 Upon termination, idiacloud.xyz may delete all associated data unless legally required to retain it.

8.3 Termination does not relieve the user from unpaid fees or obligations incurred prior to termination.

9.1 idiacloud.xyz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or inability to use the service.

9.2 Users acknowledge that VPS hosting involves inherent risks, including data loss or service interruptions, which idiacloud.xyz cannot fully prevent.

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

10.2 Any disputes arising from the use of services must be submitted to Bahraini courts.
